Combat Robotics/Combat Robotics Jr.
What's better than building a robot? Building a robot that you can put up against your friends robot in armored combat! In this camp students will have the opportunity to create a fully controllable robot that is designed and build for combat. at the end of the week, students will put their creations to the test against other student robots! What will you create?

2D Game Design
Learn to program by creating your own 2D game! From side scroller to endless runner and anything in between, you will learn how to bring your idea to reality. At the end of this camp you will have a playable game that you can share with your friends and the experience and tools to make as many games as you want!

Digital Designer
Creating your own character can be overwhelming, but this class can teach you the steps you need to create a fully flushed out, real character! This class will teach you how to create a model of your character as well as all of the traits that make the character believable. You can use these characters in anything from D&D to professional animation!

Tabletop Game Inventor
Games come in all shapes, sizes, complexity, and feeling. In this camp students will start by learning how to think about game design and game flow, working through idea, prototype, and finally making a full game that they made and can play with their family and friends. Students will be able to craft their game using a variety of tools to help bring the beauty of their design into the real world.

3D Design in Blender
This class will teach you how to create an amazing 3D character in Blender! This class will focus on how to create your own characters in blender that can be used for any game you might use! We will focus on modeling, rigging, and rendering your character.

Game Dev in Unity 3D
Make a game that is uniquely yours using industry leading tools while learning the C# Programming Language! From RPG to adventure game, this camp is all about bringing your story and imagination to life, and at the end you'll have a game that is playable and shareable with your friends.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Our Studio Membership program offers students the opportunity to continue enhancing their skills and working on projects throughout the year. We provide a guided learning environment with individualized instruction, which can be tailored to fit your schedule.

For Jr. Makers Ages (8-11), we have dedicated times for instruction with students at various stages of completion, The project diversity helps students communicate and bounce ideas off each other, part of community building. So in short when you're ready to start, we will be ready for you. Studio hours for Jr’s are M, T, Th 4pm -5:30 or 5:30 to 7:00 & Sat 12pm to 1:30 or 1:30 to 3pm.

For Studio Members (12+) Our Studio Offers an experiential, free-form learning environment that is designed to introduce learners to STEM (STEAM) and real-world job concepts. Our Studios operate from Monday to Thursday, 4-7pm, and on Saturdays from 11am-4pm.

All Monthly Memberships offer guided learning in Engineering, Design, Woodworking, Coding, Art, and Electronics, as well as free access to bi-monthly Friday game nights. Additionally, as a member, you will receive special pricing on advanced materials and special events.

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
Are you a tinkerer? Do you enjoy taking things apart and then putting them back together? How about using the latest technologies and real world equipment to teach kids how the world works? If so, then this may be your dream job! Guild Hall Studios (Our Camp Website Link: www.guildhalllearning.com) is an educational makerspace that introduces children and teens ages 8-18 to STEM and real world job concepts using readily available, easy to learn, yet powerful tools and components. We are hiring additional smart, creative, dynamic coding and engineering instructors to deliver our one of a kind program to students in Woburn, MA and throughout the Boston area. This part-time position includes teaching programs during after school hours (4pm-7pm) with weekday mornings and weekends throughout the year, and full day camp programs during the summer.

Buckle up – this is hard work! At Guild Hall every kid and every project is unique. You'll be in charge of leading excited kids through challenging projects using, managing classroom conflicts, constantly learning and collaborating with other instructors. – this will be the toughest job you’ll ever love!

REQUIREMENTS: Flexible schedule: availability during weekday afternoons and some weekends a must during school year, full weekdays during summer months are available as well.

Experience and passion for teaching teenage students in an energized maker classroom or summer camp setting.
STEM related coursework, experience with Unity 3D, arduino, Raspberry Pi and other technologies interest and/or experience a plus!

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: SPOTLIGHT aims to engage today's youth in the discovery of theatre's many components. In an exciting, non-competitive, fun filled environment, we strive to enrich appreciation for Theater Arts through education, creativity, and passion. Participants receive theatre arts training both on stage and backstage which strives to foster each individual's talents and aspirations with an emphasis on teamwork and personal growth.

THE SPOTLIGHT THEATER WORKSHOP was designed not only to be a lot of fun, but to also focus on strengthening the skills of our participants and teaching them new and exciting elements involved in the performing arts. Some of our classes will include acting, singing, dancing, technical theater, improv, and auditioning skills. Also, we're very excited about incorporating film/television acting and production into the workshop!

Monologues will also be worked on during class time so that upon completion of the program, participants will be comfortable using their pieces at auditions in the future. There will also be many outdoor activities, free time, and special guests!

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: C.I.T. (Counselor In Training Program): The C.I.T. program gives our most mature campers, who are entering the 8th and 9th grades, a feel for what it take to be a counselor, while still having the opportunity to participate in all of the great activities at Maplewood.

SUMMER CAMP JOBS:
Accredited Day Camp in South Easton, MA seeks teachers or individuals with education certification to work with children ages 3-14. You will be responsible for leading groups of children through their daily activities. Applicant will also be responsible for supervising other staff members. Individuals must have prior experience working with children.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: A summer dance workshop is a rare opportunity for students (ages 4-18) to focus on dance, uninterrupted by competing demands of school and other activities. Warm days rich in dance, music, choreography, stage craft classes and the finer understanding of the body that comes from studying anatomy, physiology and nutrition combine for a powerful experience - even for the youngest students!. Students learn about costume design, stage-craft, dance history, and experiment with their own creative ideas as well. They also enjoy seeing and discussing video recordings of classic and new dance performances that connect our students with dancers worldwide.

Main Division students also take classes in classical ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, repertoire, and other character dance, learn advanced stage makeup and present an end-of-workshop performance in the studio theater. CAMP FACILITIES: The main building at Belvoir is a historical mansion built in 1886, one of the Lenox great estates landscaped by Olmstead who created central park in New York City. There are now eighteen buildings on the site including four modern dorms subdivded into bunk rooms, four dancing studios, fifteen art studios, twenty two music studios, five theaters, two pools, six tennis courts, lawns, wooded paths, gardens, and all with a view of the Berkshire hills.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Belvoir is an individualized six week educational summer program with excellent teaching in all program areas. The fifteen MFA art teachers offer small classes in drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, fibers, black and white and digital photography and jewelry. Girls can elect one or many studio classes. The dance faculty teach graded classes of ballet, pointe, modern, jazz and tap. Belvoir has an appropriately challenging and fun dance class for every girl and all dancers enjoy performance opportunities. The large graduate music faculty offer twice weekly music lessons in all instruments and voice. There are opportunities for recitals, chamber music, opera, and orchestra.

Belvoir has a large theater program. Classes are offered in acting, musical theater and Shakespeare, with many large, quality performances in 4 theaters (2 indoor air-conditioned theaters). The department also offers writing, costuming and all aspects of technical theater. Campers enjoy high level sports instruction in tennis, swimming and riding. Archery, volleyball and basketball are also offered at Belvoir. At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

CAMP FACILITIES: Our 55 acre campus houses numerous athletic fields, an outdoor pool, archery range, auditorium, tennis courts, and numerous buildings for our specialist activities.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our dedicated and qualified staff provide daily fun and exciting activities for our campers. We have 6 specialists that lead campers in exciting and age-appropriate activities. Our specialists include Arts and Crafts, Sports, Music and Drama, Archery/Outdoor Education, STEM, and Special Events. Our Special Events Specialist leads our campers in unique activities each day, from 20 foot slip and slides, to bounce houses, to our weekly variety show.

Our camp is able to provide Red Cross Certified Swim Lessons 4 times a week to our K-5 campers. Our certified trained staff of lifeguards provide swim lessons that target the individual needs your child to help them swim.

OTHER CAMP INFO: Our camp also provides an Extended Day Program. This program runs Monday-Friday from 3pm-6pm. It provides campers with additional fun and well-structured play for families who's schedules require a later pick up time.

Are you interested in working will children at a fun and exciting day camp? We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and outgoing staff members to join our team!

Lincoln Summer Camp is a Kindergarten – 8th grade day camp that will run from July 3rd – August 11th. Campers’ days will be filled with singing, cheering, swimming, sports, arts and crafts, music and drama, gymnastics, STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), as well as daily special events and weekly field trips. We are seeking employers for the following positions:

• Counselors for our Kindergarten – 5th grade camp.

• Counselors for our traveling 6th – 8th grade camp (must be 18 years or older).

• Specialists in areas such as Arts and Crafts, Sports, Archery, and Outdoor Education.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Adventures Camp
Aug. 2-7

Full Day 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM $525

Tired of sitting around the house in the summer? Want to spend time with your friends and go on some adventures? Well this is the camp for you! This camp will be attending different adventures catered to ages 6-18 all week. The off-site adventures will include hiking, swimming, sight-seeing, and many other adventures. Admission to all parks etc. and transportation are covered under the weekly fee. Children should bring any supplies needed daily such as food, water, clothing, and spending money

CAMP FACILITIES: Our cabins are modern with private bathrooms and showers. We have a recreation hall, a dining hall, outdoor basketball and tennis courts, multiple athletic fields, rustic amphitheater, and a pristine lake for swimming.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Wingate*Kirkland is a nurturing, coed, day and overnight camp where children are inspired and empowered with a choice of daily activities; indeed a traditional camp in many ways, staying true to old fashioned values. And like it was nearly 60 years ago, Camp W*K is not a “plugged in” camp. Children feel supported and confident to step out of their comfort-zone and try new things without the fear of failure. Camper safety, having fun, and developing life skills are our priorities. Camp W*K is also food allergy friendly and completely peanut, tree-nut and sesame free! The talented and dedicated staff have a wealth of experience mentoring children and focus on creating a warm and inclusive community that fosters respect for everyone.

We are ACA accredited.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our CIT program is for those finishing 10th grade and having previous Camp W*K experience.

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): Campers and their families are invited to join us at Family Camp for Memorial Day Weekend as our guests. Eat in the Dining Hall, participate in activities like tennis or softball, and even sleep in a bunk!

We strongly encourage families of first-time and veteran campers to join us. The weekend is an excellent opportunity for first-time campers to learn their way around Camp, meet some new friends and get comfortable before they arrive in the summer. Members of the Camp W*K Staff will also be in attendance to lead Planning Session, offer periods and answer questions.

OTHER CAMP INFO: Camp W*K is Food Allergy Friendly and Peanut, Tree-nut and Sesame Free

In addition to being completely nut and sesame free, we easily accommodate gluten-free, dairy, wheat, soy, egg, and fish allergies. Vegans or Vegetarians also appreciate our menu options. Our chef uses only fresh ingredients, cooks and bakes from scratch, and ensures there is no cross-contamination of food products. We partner with our families in ensuring that all food sent to Camp is ingredient-checked before being sent to the bunk. This includes food items made with sesame or peanut oil and/or produced in a factory that uses sesame or nuts. The safety and well being of everyone at camp is our priority. In the event of any emergency, we are within five-to-seven minutes of the nearest hospital.

CAMP FACILITIES: Arts Empowering Life has put its roots down with a new, innovative, multi-purpose Arts facility. This building provides a creative space for daily education, rehearsal, and inspirational work. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Arts Empowering Life is dedicated to the pursuit of beauty, truth, and faith in the Arts—sharing inspiration and education with people across many nationalities, cultures, and traditions. The foundation has a history of reaching out to America’s youth through the arts in the form of workshops, camps, and the Young Performers Outreach program which offers free tickets to all events to children and students.

Workshops will be led by artists of Arts Empowering Life, each with years of high-level performance and teaching experience—private lessons, workshops, and assemblies in the US, Australia, Canada, South Africa, and South Korea. CAMP FACILITIES: Our school is made up of 4 buildings. We house 70 dorm rooms, a dining hall, classrooms, library, media centers and much more. We have 6 tennis courts, an outdoor pool, fitness center, art and theater areas. Outside we are set on 100 acres of land that include forest and vast open spaces. Our barn is our pride and joy and at this point is the home to 35 school horses.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Speak Up I: Introduction to Debate and Public Speaking Camp is designed for campers who have little or no experience in speaking in front of a group. Our goals are to have fun and learn some ways to use our voices effectively.

Speak Up II: This camp is designed for high school students ready to refresh, refine, and advance their public speaking skills. Gain confidence as you learn from and with others who are seeking to enhance their voice powers/amplify their voices? in a fun, supportive environment!

Performing Arts: Campers will take part in dance, voice and theater.

Bonnie Castle Equestrian: Premiere riding camp for beginner and experienced riders. This summer we will be offering the British Horse Society Program challenge awards, where campers will work at their own pace to complete learning opportunities as equestrians.

Campers are taught by Stoneleigh-Burnham staff. Counselors for the residential programs are CPR and first aid certified as well as we complete criminal offender and sex offender background checks.

Speak Up camps are for debate and public speaking. Campers will learn the art of conversational and competitive speaking. As well as learn to use their voce for effective communication and advocacy.
